Tom, can you address the price and page count of Amazing Spider-Man #667 and 668? When Big Time started and the price jumped to $3.99 readers were told that we would be getting eight additional story pages. It looks like those pages are disappearing but the price is staying at $3.99. Will Amazing Spider-Man now be a $3.99 book with just 22 story pages?

Hello Talk to the Hat! I was very excited to read that Spider-Girl and X-23, along with Power Man and Thunderstrike, were going to be appearing in Fear Itself: The Home Front #5. I was wondering why these four paticular characters, who to my knowledge have had no prior interaction, were grouped together for this story? (Not that I'm complaining one bit!)

Default Yeah, I'm the guy with a question about continuity

So, how does Marvel decide its balance between continuity rich and continuity free stories? It seems this day Marvel often leans towards continuity free. How much continuity is too much? How much is too little? I ask this question because I feel that many excellent stories (I look to Geoff Johns' Green Lantern, sorry about the the DC example) are rich in continuity. Rebirth is neck-deep in old lantern stories. But for every Green Lantern, there's Morrison's New X-Men (I have heard, but I have yet to read it) which I understand is light in continuity. I ask because I feel that continuity makes stories more realistic and I love it. Is every moment of a person's life not a culmination of every moment before? What's your take, does continuity make for better stories?

Question Context: I am 20 years old and have only been reading comics for three years, but I am deep in the medium. I love continuity personally and have read every single issue of Amazing Spider-Man.

    Default movie question

When's my movie coming out? Stark and Richards are getting pretty smug about it.

    hi Tom,

I miss Cable. If I don't want to spoil him his very meaningful death, I'd like to know if there is a chance to see other stories about him, like before he arrived in E-216, in his own continuum...Who were his mentors, more about the future where he comes from..things like that... ( Cable' Chronicles ? )

    Hi Tom,
This may seem like a random question, but with big band names like AC/DC doing the Iron Man 2 soundtrack and Foo Fighters having one of their songs in the Thor soundtrack, What band/bands would you like to have in The Avengers soundtrack?
Current Pull List: Avengers, Uncanny X-Force,Justice League, JLI, Red Lanterns, GL: New Guardians, Amazing Spider-Man.

    Hi Tom,

It seems that Spider-woman and Hawkeyes could be a couple in Avengers, are there plans for more Spider-woman in the future, colud be possible a return in the future of her solo series now that spidergirl had been canceled?

Question for TOM: I just read a great analysis of two marketing initiatives (one by Marvel, one DC) to hook readers in from movie audiences. http://goodcomics.comicbookresources...ays-test-case/

Does this sort of feedback get passed through the chain at Marvel to actually benefit future initiatives? As someone who loves comics and wants to see them continue I have to wonder why there is such a disconnect between what seems like common sense (leaving an easy-to-follow trail of breadcrumbs from the movies to entry-point comics) and the actual practices (or lack there of).

    Yo!

Marko Djurdjevic's been doing some great art lately with his covers and concept work like FF and Fear Itself, so I'm curious if he has any new interior projects coming up?

I enjoyed the Darkstar & the Winter Guard series and I was happy to get the trades, are there any plans to continue displaying a more international crew of characters in the future? I think that many people have thought about it, but maybe, Avengers International?

Hey, Tom. With all the talk of $2.99 vs. $3.99 being bandied around, I was wondering why it's not possible that the books could be priced at $3.25, $3.50, $3.75, or anywhere in between. For a long time the books were $2.25, and it seems maybe you could still make your current revenue if you just made all books $3.50, including minis and one-shots.
