Waid and his art teams have been knocking it out of the park every month since issue One. Having said that, part of me was underwhelmed when it turned out to be Bullseye. I was kinda hoping that too was going to be a misdirection. It's returning to the same well one too many times.

That 'backup' story of Foggy at the hospital was brilliant. Just give those guys another eisner for the heck of it. Hell, they deserve it.

By the way, is there any word on how long his run's going to last?

I'm glad it was Bullseye. How we went out during Diggle's abysmal Shadowland stuff was BS and he's a character that needs to stay around.

Absolutely agree. I'm so glad they're treating the cancer story seriously and not just as an OMG soap opera thing.

Until it stops selling or until he wants to do something else. Whichever comes first.

Well it's not really selling well anyway, it only sells about 20K and hasn't cracked the top 50 selling Marvel books in 2013 so far

Bendis and Brubaker=2 Omnibus worth of material apiece.

I'm thinking about 65-70-ish issues or so at this point. He's about got one down.

Daredevil stabilized at about 39,000 copies per month a while ago.

Daredevil is actually one of the rare mythical stabilized comic books currently being published, along with Hawkeye. Quality books with a dedicated audience, it can happen, ya'll

This run, for me at least, is a potential rival to the Bendis and Maleev days. It's fantastic and I never thought another creative team could top that run, but Waid and Samnee are doing it now.
