Go Bags!!! congratulations on that!!!
============ Just say "NO!" to $4 books. ============
I hope he doesn't clean all the black characters out of the roster.....
Where did I ever say he was racist? I've seen a lot of idiots all over the web complaining about how few white characters are on the team ( and this is before the purges after Final Crisis), and if he's been brought in to "fix" the team, that may be what he intends to do.
I have no problem with swapping out John for Hal, but I at least want Firestorm, Vixen, and Dr. Light to stay on. And maybe Hardware, as it'd be nice to have another inventor dude. We haven't really seen that since Blue Beetle.
I really hope Vixen and Dr. Light stay, they have earned it. Firestorm is cool but he seems a bit out of his element. I really don't care much for the Milestone folks except Static, and he's in Titans. Lets see Tomorrow Woman make a return too, and if you really want to go out on a limb, bring back Moon Maiden !!!!!!

I vote for Firestorm and Vixen to stay on- but since the two books are going to overlap, I wonder when exactly we'll know which characters from the miniseries are going to cross over? I'm betting batwoman won't.
DC is going back to the Silver Age to please their fans and their creators (who are Silver Age fans also). I doubt if any of the newer or more diverse characters have much of a future at DC. But we can only hope.
Current List: Batman, Batwing, Earth 2 GLC, JL, Spider-Man, Avengers, Captain America, NA, SA, UC Spider-Man, Hawkeye
Saga, Shadowman, Thief of Thieves, Walking Dead, X-O Manowar
Hardware, Icon and the other Milestone characters are not on the JLA so I don't expect them to stick around.
As for Dr. Light, Vixen, Firestorm and John Stewart, I hope John stays, the rest I don't care about.
I think Hal will be replacing John for sure, and Batwoman may stay around as well. Before he was fired, McDuffie had said that the new Batman would "play a central role" in an upcoming arc, but did not say he would join. Since putting Batwoman in Detective is a hell of a gamble, I'd think they'd want to give Kate as much exposure as possible.
Depending on whether Superman returns, Kara may leave as well. Dido implied that Icon might join up, and I could see him working with Superman or Kara, but not both.
I want to see Dr. Light and Firestorm stay on, Batwoman would be good to get someone from the Bat family but I'd rather see Batman. Roy and Wally have both been on the JLA, now it's Dicks turn.
I do. I think the backward direction (that includes the restoration of Hal and Barry) has encompassed the whole of the DCU. Characters like Vixen and Firestorm don’t stand much of a chance in this environment. John Stewart will probably be pushed back into his minor sidekick role (like he has in the Green Lantern series).

I can't wait for this new run to begin. I also hope there will be some ethnic diversity to the team. Just because.
