Hopefully he'll get some feats in Thunderbolts to make him more of a match.

Precog or not, Shang should be able to beat him. Iron Fist managed to bypass Mr. X's telepathic abilities by using drunken boxing; Shang could do the same, as he is a master of all martial arts. More importantly though, Shang's a living weapon and there's actually a panel from MOKF 124 (IIRC) revealing that his body reacts simultaneously to his thoughts.

He was certainly a part of a very important and often posted feat we use here in rumbles (unfortunately for X it is a quicksilver feat).

Shang (high-end bullet timer) is at least 5-10 times faster than X (CBPH), and a better fighter. X has no chance at all to ever hit him and no chance at all to ever make Shang miss. His telepathy will work just fine - it will say "I need to duck to get (BAM)" "Dude, I said dodge lef (BAM)" "Shit, what happe (BAM)" "Come on, not agai (BAM)" "That's it, I'm outta here."
