... why, since making the jump from dial-up to DSL, every webpage on the 'net, no matter how graphics-intensive, loads in the wink of an eye except CBR!? The forums actually load slower than when I was on dial-up, my keyboard locks up until a CBR page is completely loaded (it's the goddamned animated banner ads that seem to hold things up longest) and Explorer crashes if I stay on CBR too long (same things happen on Brian C's "Comics Should Be Good" blog). It's annoying as hell.
Is there something I need to reset on my account? I'm clueless here so any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Are you having these problems using IE8? If so I suggest getting Mozilla Firefox.
