THat's not fair, the Daken and X-23 match up should belong to either Yost, Kyle or Way to be written in a two part book event.![]()
Well we did wan't to see the show down between X-23 and Daken for a while now so I hope it lives up to expectations. Especially considering how blody sibling rivalry can get in the MU.
Although that comparison at the end of Buffy and Spike with Daken and X-23 weirded me out. Especially when one takes into account that Buffy and Spike ended up as a couple.... okay a couple with a lot of issues but still..... shivers
Didn't Marvel.com just do the same thing?
...Better.
Marvel: Mr. Franklin // Uriel & Eimin // Pixie // Cable // Sebastian Shaw // "X-Men" // Manifold
DC: Damian Wayne // Batman // Red Hood // Superman // Aquaman
Daken's been training for a lot longer than X-23....Daken's like 60 years old so he might have the experience edge...plus he has the Murumasa claws that she has to watch out for. If she owns him I'll cry foul because it shouldn't happen like that, despite the fact that some people don't like Daken
Faves: Wolverine: Weapon X, the Avengers, X-Force, etc

Don't know much about Daken aside from the obvious, but if he's been written the way Fraction talks about writing him ("metrosexual Wolverine"), it's no wonder they offed the Swordsman. They basically re-created the exact same character, except minus all the actual history and character development in comics over the last couple of decades.
more like Spike and Faith (she looks a little like X-23).
yeah, i'll miss Andreas. but there's no way he was going to make it out alive. and they already killed his sister twice. he's not the type of character that can't be brought back at a later date, anyways. he and his sister were the product of Hydra eugenics. anyways, this is exactly how i felt when they killed Scott Lang only to have Luke Cage suddenly have a daughter who will grow up w/ the Avengers.

X-Men Origins Wolverine 2: Daken?
Acuņa is on Dark Wolverine starting in September, it seems (what an odd match, BTW).
As for Daken, as usual, he's a tool and should just get killed already.
That's right! Al Gore invented the internet, let's all go kick his ass!
I got your inconvenient truth right here, motherf*&¨%!

LAURA KILL HIM!
Your God commands you![]()
If anything Fraction has made LIKE Daken. I love the idea of Wolverine's son wanting to be in the spotlight and baisically being the entire opposite to his father. Can't wait for the Daken/X-23 fight.

If it is written well, Daken would absolutely own X-23. She can't possibly beat him unless his ego comes into play. (Which is very possible)
Doesn't matter anyway because I'm sure Pixie will be waiting for her chance to save X-23.....again.
What are you talking about? laura defeated Wolverine in like 10 seconds (putting pebles in his wounds) and if anyone's going to anwser "well, he caught him off-guard"... I think off-guard is fair play in this situations, shows who is smarter or who thinks faster.
And now after X-force and being more machine-like than ever, I'm sure that Laura can give anyone of her kind (you know, claws, agility, healing factor...there are a lot of those) a good run for their money
If it has Johnny Depp in it...I'm gonna hate it... But if it has Helena Bonham Carter too...I can cope.
