    Default Is Superboy back?

I loved him in Teen Titans, but I am not a Superman reader... I keep seeing new pics with him in it... is he back?
What is this, Horseville? Because I'm surrounded by naysayers.

Apparently, yeah. Impulse returned in Final Crisis: Legion of Three Worlds #3, and Kon returned in issue 4. Not sure that he's going to be returning to the present-day DCU, though... from what I've heard it sounds like he'll be adventuring with the Legion for a while.

Yes, Kon is back thanks to Starman and Brainiac 5. Pick up "Final Crisis: Legion Of 3 Worlds" #1-4 and the forthcoming #5, to see his resurrection unfold. He will then take over Adventure Comics starting in August.

So does this mean that the owners of the copyright to Superboy has allowed DC to use Superboy ? I know they had a long dragged out court case, which resulted in DC losing, thereby killing off Superboy in Infinite Crisis a couple of years ago, and Superboy Prime becoming Superman Prime, because DC could not use the term "Superboy".

Nope... I don't pay attention to many DC books.

    According it wiki

Recently, it has appeared the legal status has been near dropped, as the Superboy name has been used as normal in several books such as Teen Titans, and furthermore Conner makes a cameo in Final Crisis: Legion of 3 Worlds #1 (2008) among other books, with his 'S' shield no longer obscured.
But Didio recently said that the decision to kill him off and to call him Superman-Prime had nothing to do with the legal matters

Wikipedia does take information submitted by users. At the moment the issues with Superboy will be settled as soon the trial regarding the Superman copyright finishes.

And Didio has made that claim before, back in early 06.

Even with Kon (& Bart) back I doubt we will see the return of the original Young Justice team! I miss that book!

Tim will be doing his own thing in his new ID as Red Robin. I'm guessing Kon will be in the Legion instead of the Teen Titans. Bart is the only one I could see returning to the TT.

Not quite. Superboy, Nightwing and I think the resurrected Donna Troy were all slated to die in "Infinite Crisis", in order to get the Trinity back together. In the end, though, it was only Superboy who lost his life. Partially because they needed to use him as the motivation and partially because of the lawsuit.

Really? I heard about Nightwing but not Nightwing AND Superboy. And with Donna, wow I'm glad they didn't do that.
