But it's the conversations I want to see:Teddy and Billy being tender, Wanda and Billy having (any!) conversation, even Noh and Kate hooking up makes me happy.

Well, it's actually is a gay haircut.
And I don't mean gay as in derogatory gay.

I just think it makes him look ugly! (I don't really understand the "gay haircut part", lol)

It's a gay hair doo. As in a haircut that gay people do have. (Though, I kinda find it funny how some fans freak out about it. It's almost like some fans want their gay characters to be portrayed the way they want them to be and now how they might look.)

I don't know anyone who would do that to thier hair, gay or otherwise. Ugly hair is ugly, no matter who you're sleeping with.

Most gay men I know aren't so very fashion forward though. We're all kind of average in our tastes. I suppose if I were living in LA I might see it differently though.

Are Speed and Wiccan mutants? I know Wiccan received his powers after meeting Scarlet Witch for the first time, but did she activate his X-gene or simply cast a "spell" that gave him powers? And what about Speed? Is he a mtuant like Scarlet Witch and Quicksilver?

To be honest, while McKelvie's women have looked very good, his male character all seem to have weird hair. Granted I've only seen Billy, Teddy and Noh-Varr but in some of the panels they look really bad.

Gasp. Is Teddy ill? Did Billy do this?
I am all cut in half regarding Billy's look. His hair, I'm fine with. His face, superb. The earring and shirt? No thanks. The shoes? So cute.
I really like Mckelvie's rendering of the Uncanny Avengers as well. They all look really great.

Also, this is the kind of stuff I want from this book. Action is all good and well, and the previous action space sequence is totally rad, but I'm super jones-ing for some talk, talk, talk, talk, talk. Especially with Wanda and Billy. I'm so excited they dropped swung by Avengers HQ.

Who is doing the backgrounds? Its a shared art gig right? Mckelvie is all about the figures and another artist is taking on the architecture and stuff? Well, either way, that Mansion is crazy impressive.

I wonder if these pages are ALL in sequence, or if there is a gap missing.
MAN this has me so excited!
