Also, I bet Loki wants to bring Wiccan to Mephisto.

I'm thinking Loki needs some confidence after JiM, but being Loki, he won't ask for it like a normal person. If Wiccan was part of Mephisto, but Billy turned out good, then Loki probably feels like there's some hope for him. He's going to want to know how and why this happened.

It was somewhere online, but I don't remember if it was in an interview or just at his work blog/twitter. All I remember is the pained whale noises made by JiM fans, knowing they have to see their kid!Loki again a few more times after the trauma that was the final JiM issue.
