I was one of those people waiting patiently for a year and a half for issue #2, getting more and more worried that I'd never see more after the amazing first issue. One of the better comics I've ever read.

Interestingly, my wife saw the name and the first cover and was appalled by the way it portrayed women, but the truth of the matter is that the comic is, more than anything else, about a man realizing that the way he views women is far from appropriate. I loved it, and can't wait for the next series.

Meanwhile, thanks to CBR for covering a less popular series done by a creator who's not a Wizard Magazine superstar! I hadn't heard anything about My Favorite Lie on the internet or elsewhere since the last issue of My Inner Bimbo came out, and just hearing that it's still coming is happy news!

Question, though: In the Ojo trade, a series of 7 miniseries in the Trout universe was announced, including one that would be the culmination of both this universe and The Maxx - when Sam says 16, does he mean that this schedule isn't what I should be following anymore? Is he now gone and not contactable and it's too late to be asking?

I love Sam Kieth's stuff and have been patiently waiting for this since reading Ojo. Batman/Lobo sucked, however.

I'm so glad to see that Sam Kieth is still working on his own stuff. The Maxx is one of my all-time favorite series. I loved Ojo. And I loved My Inner Bimbo, even with the delays. I'll definitely pick up the trade. I prefer to have the trades of things I know I am going to read over and over again, so I don't have to mess up the issues.

Seriously, as long as Sam Kieth is still working, I'll still buy comics. The guys at my local comic shop know to pull anything with his name on it for me.
