CBR: The Joker to be Playable Character in "Batman: Arkham Asylum"

The Joker will be an exclusive playable character in "Batman: Arkham Asylum" for
the PlayStation3. The character will be made available upon release as a free

Cool. Wish they would have packaged it with the CE. This and a Batarang would have been some nice content and definitely worth the extra 50 bucks, and i think alot more money in the long run for Eidos. Stupid exclusives.

Exactly what I was thinking. I have a PS3 and 360, but when there's a game for both I prefer to get it for my 360. I'm willing to bet though that either the 360 will get an exclusive character or eventually The Joker will come to the 360.

Same thing happened with Soul Calibur IV and Yoda and Darth Vader. With Yoda being 360 and Vader PS3. However, they eventually both became available on each system.

360 typically gets the better exclusives, so I say let the Sony crowd have this bone. I for one can't say I'm bothered much by it. I can live without playing as the Joker.

I really hope that's what I happens. I get so sick of exclusives for this console or that. I understand that it's to get people to get certain consoles to get certain games. But it's really unfair to the people who already HAVE a console and have no intention of buying another one. I have a 360, but it still annoys me when 360 gets things PS3 doesn't.
