I really hope X quartz lenses serve as news tickers, which UXM will use to scour news reports about new mutant manifestations, since they don't have Cerebro anymore.

Something in me cringed a little when I heard of their breakup (I mean if those two don't make it, what hope to the rest of us have), even though I prayed whole last year for it to happen. It's one of those things that you always think it's gonna be forever. So my hat's off to Marvel for this neat little surprise.

In an interview, Bendis said that with the first issues of Uncanny, you'll see the repercussions of their break up.

He said it won't be pretty but he'll have fun writing it.

I like both characters so I hope they'll end up at least working together ok. I've had my share of breakups that were mutual.
I guess what I'm trying to say is that i hope they don't end up hating each other.

As for the new issue of ANXM, I liked it. Cyclops had a John "Hannibal" Smith presence. E-Team is miles more interesting than the other side.
