So it's Aquaman and a Superman, though the costume is a bit different. Is Arthur dead? Sadly haven't been able to keep up with the funny books lately.

It's the Aquaman who turned into the Dweller who died later on.
And the Superman is the Earth 2 version who died in Infinite Crisis, you can tell by the different S on the shield
