It wasnt just his claim though. Leper Queen said the exact same thing about him. Thats why he was picked. And honestly, he IS one of the strongest. Well, strongest isnt he best word, but he definitely is one of the most powerful. TK is an extremely powerful tool, and can be implemented in a vast variety of ways. Julian can do a LOT.

He would only be amongst the top thanks to M-day

I put him In Mid tier ATM his TK his limited by his lack of Finemotor control,

would you really rate him as one of the most powerfull mutants even now after M-day when that tier has people Like Stryfe Cable Cannonball, Legion Vulcan Magneto Exodus apocalypse bobby Frost Havok and Xavier?

Yes, he still one of the most powerfully mutants on earth & in 616 marvel u.
U do know Cable very weak right now ? & Stryfe was dead up till a few months ago & he now in the 616. There are very TK users that are more powerful or & have better control.
More powerfully TK users in 616 : Quentin Quire (Omega), Emma Frost (But he can fly using his while she can't) Xavier (same as Emma), Exodus

More control TK users in the 616 : Quentin Quire (Omega) , 3 in1, Exodus, Emma Frost , Xavier,

Emma, the Cuckoos, and Xavier aren't telekinetics. I don't think Quire was ever billed as anything other than a skilled telepath. Hellion isn't a telepath.

As for his power levels, they are very high. Considering what a majority of mutants can do, he's certainly above mid range. His issues with fine tuning aren't a big deal when he could overpower most.

Nah. He doesnt need fine motor control to pummel someone, or destroy a sentinel with a glance. Its his raw power that makes him so formidable. Lets look at the mutants you listed: Stryfe, Cable, Vulcan, Magneto, Exodus, Apocalypse, Iceman, Xavier. Almost all of these have been known to be either unlimited in power, or the most terrible, crazy, powerful beings on the planet. If you can compare Julian to these guys, I'd say hes in a good place.

Havok, Emma Frost and Cannonball, I wouldnt put them at that level at all. Theyre no where near that powerful. And Legion, I dont know anything about him. So I cant comment.

The "classic" look when all the New X-Men got matching costumes was definitely my favourite. Hellion in general is one of my favourite characters.

I like the matching New X-Men uniform and the black and red without the jacket...Hellion rocks!!
