Dani Moonstar Appreciation

Thanks for the link Champagne! Did anyone read Fear Itself: The Fearless? Haven't got round to it myself, but would be interested to hear any opinions on how Bunn portrayed Dani. I'm not sure "heart and soul of the team" is the most exciting role for her, but it's not ill-fitting.

Dani isdn't in FEAR ITSELF: THE FEARLESS but that shouldn't put you off reading it igt shows the strength of Bunn's writing

Pretty sure she was in 2 issues, when Valkyrie goes to Utopia.

I thought she had a cameo? She's definitely on one of the covers. And thanks, I'll get to it eventually. Presumably it forms a prequel of sorts to Fearless Defenders so it is on my list.

Pretty sure she was just in one issue. I thought she came across as kind of young, but I guess everyone's young compared to Valkyrie.

I wonder/hope that her presence in the Defenders brings a solo outfit as opposed to the team looks she is best known for. Perhaps a slightly dressed down version of her Valkyrie regalia. The headpiece and bits of armor rocked with some lowwww slung jeans.

That's a great idea. I would love to see her rock a combo of outfits, Valkyrie and old school new mutant. If you could have dani get any of her other powers back which ones would you want for her. Personally I like a combo of Quantum, psy arrows and death sight from her Valkyrie days.
