Issue #512 is a stand-alone story that involves the X-Men traveling back in time to find the parents of the very first mutant on Earth.
I do hope they don't mean Apocalypse. Selene is much older. If she is even the first mutant.

They don't care about Legacy. As long as they're not canceling it, no news is good news.

They are probably so bored by the book they forgot what's happening.

Two Rob Liefeld-created characters tied to Cable’s earliest appearances will appear in the book, including the villain Stryfe, who will team up with Bishop.

so that probably spoils who bishop meets in the bar, then.

As much as I love the New Mutants, I'm tired that Marvel reply "don't worry, a New Mutants comics is coming" every time they are asked about the future of the New X-Men. It's like they cancelled X-Factor after Messiah Complex and said "don't worry, there is a X-Force comics coming with Rhane inside!"

Also, until Fraction understand that Pixie is PIxie, and not Jubilee or freakin' Kitty, he won't write her right.

Whopee, X-Men go around in circles forever. Messiah War is the big event but Dark Reign is sure to break up a relationship or too.

Why can't you just publish a series of stories with no real "ramifications" like X-Force last year? That series ACTUALLY WORKED!

As far as favorites go, he said he has a crush on Pixie, this generation’s “Jubilee or Kitty Pryde,” and that he considered Nightcrawler to be his voice in the series.

I've always loved the X-Men but this No More Mutants thing really brought the book down. Then they move to Frisco, it's bad enough there's only of a few of 'em which ruins the premise of the book, but now they have to live... in San Francisco. It just doesn't make sense. Now, if they had killed all those other Mutants, that would be a book!
