So what's the fourth title that Loeb and Adams are doing? I'm curious what everyone thinks. The new Ultimate Spider-Man is written by Brian Michael Bendis with art by Dave Lafuente; Ultimate Avengers is by Mark Millar and Carlos Pacheco, with the second arc by Yu; and New Ultimates is by Jeph Loeb and Frank Cho.
I also find it funny that Loeb will be writing 50% of the UU line.
That Lafuente cover is reassuring. It's far and beyond his Annual.
Looking for artists, know I won't find any. That blows.
I still think its something X-Men related. Whoever is left standing after Ultimatum.
So Loeb has this "secret" book, New Ultimates and Hulk. Captain America: White is never going to come out at this point. They shouldn't even attempt to release this as single issues, just put out a trade in 2 years when its done. That would actually be perfect, it could come out at the same time as the movie.
Is he the reason his books are always delayed or does he just work with artists who are slow? Granted, he usually works with the best in the industry, so its a trade off.
By what Millar said earlier, it seems to me that most of the Ultimate X-men survive, which isn't all that shocking, specially if you consider that in UFF spoilers:end of spoilers
Johnny was revealed to be alive, so the team can still exist; they'll certainly not kill too many X-men if they are willing to let even the FF survive
Both Loeb and his artists are usually very slow.
That's right! Al Gore invented the internet, let's all go kick his ass!
I got your inconvenient truth right here, motherf*&%!

I'm going to find the girl that asked this question and then marry her.A fan expressed appreciation for the Peter Parker/Kitty Pryde relationship, but said she felt their breakup was forced. She then asked whether Ultimate characters, then, could really develop in a way different from their Marvel Proper counterparts. I think there's actually more of a move towards getting rid of the 'illusion of change,' these days, Paniccia said. The last few meetings I've been at, some really radical stuff has been thrown out there.
I'm beginning to think that Hell is a comic book forum.

I wish they colored MJ more clearly. I have problems deciding if that is her or Kitty... I think it is her, but she could be also Kitty with that colour...
Actually the worst disaster to happen in a comic book universe would be the distruction of Earth in early 90's Five Year's Later Legion.
Men this aint fair. I need my X-men fix in the Ultimate Universe. Arent there enough Avenger books out there already
Maybe I'm crazy but when Ultimate Avengers was announced I thought it could be the remaining X-characters + others as an Avengers team.
Considering many of the X-team will be 6 feet under it makes sense that they would need "avenging." Without Xavier, why call yourselves the X-Men... (I know that made no difference in the past).
I will stick around through "Requiem," and then I'm out. I absolutely hate what I'm hearing about the "new" Ultimate Universe.
Change is all well and good. But change for the sake of change is what we're getting here, and that rarely bodes well.
Lighter on continuity? Seeing as how that continuity in the Ultiverse has been a gigantic cluster-fuck for the last few years, excuse my language, I find that comment most amusing.[Paniccia] later clarified that the new Ultimate Comics would be much more new-reader friendly and lighter on continuity than has been the case for Ultimate Universe in recent years
Ororo! Bishop!
As Lord Imperial of the Hellfire club. I bid you welcome!
Join me, please. The champagne is vintage and the caviar, superb.
I'm excited about Art Adams deal, it sucks he's starting out on a Loeb project but hopefully that will only last an arc and he'll move onto something with a writer I'm able to read.
