Not sure how to feel about all this.
Definitely going to miss Immonen.
LaFuente is a nice choice for the book - I love his work on Hellcat.
For-Real-True is only true now.
Story-True is true forever.

If Immonen is moving to New Avengers, what does this mean for Billy Tan?
God dang, WHY!?!
Doesn't anyone remembered what happen when Spider-girl got rebooted ?![]()
It seems like the same fate may fall upon the Ultimate Spider-man Vol. 2.
I honestly don't know what to think about this. To be honest, I think I'll be giving the book until December or so to hook me.

Put me down on the "Not sure how to feel about this" list.
I'll still read the book, but I'm kinda worried.
And it really, really sucks that Immonen is leaving--especially after such a short time.

I have faith in whatever Bendis has planned for Ultimate Spider-Man, and to see Stuart Immonen on New Avengers is gonna be sweet!![]()
I think this is a much better selling book than Spider-Girl, more than 100 people actually care about Ultimate Spider-Man. Ultimate Spider-Man sold circles around Spider-Girl and I have no reason to believe that the people buying Ultimate Spider-Man will not buy Ultimate Spider-Man Vol. 2.
I hate that they are renumbering the book for what seems to me to be a cheap sales gimmick! but what I hate more is the idea of Peter not being Spider-man, I don't read ASM anymore and I don't intend to buy 3 books a month to read, in my opinion, a substandard book just because Peter Parker is in it.
Is it just me or does anyone else feel like marvel is trying to push people to ASM and it's 3 times a month output? First they amalgamate all the Spider-man titles into ASM giving the reader no option but to read ASM. Then seeing how popular USM is they make 616 Spidey single and hip a character the kids can relate to! (Excuse the sarcasm I hate BND etc. it's my personal opinion I respect people who like it that is your choice this is mine) Now USM's Spider-man is not gonna be Peter, how far away are we from this book being cancelled permantly to push ASM as the only Spider-man title.
I love this book to me it is a great alternative to 616 Spider-man, Bendis' ideas and concepts used within the book always feel fresh and exciting I don't feel the same way about ASM.
Bleh. Lafuente's art does nothing for me. Then again, I don't like Immomen either. He's the reason I dropped Ultimate Spider-man (and Ultimate X-men before that), and it looks like he's going to drive me away from New Avengers too.
I'm not too sure about this. I like the art from Annual #3, but I'm not too sure if it is suitable for an ongoing series
So the Spidey post Ultimatum is still in red and blue, not Spider-Woman?
I do wonder how much of a time jump there's going to be. If it's significant enough, then we could be looking at Ultimate Spider-Girl for all we know, but I kinda doubt this. But, it would probably require a two decade time skip, and I'll be surprised if they skip more than five years.
Lafuente is AMAZING, and a perfect fit for this.
I'll probably be picking it up for the first time since around Issue 80.
