I don't think that scan proves she can't age, for what it's worth. Because moments earlier, she was very much able to de-age Illyana to a literal babe. But Amora said "a mere mortal would have been reduced to dust" so...possibly it's that she can't die/be magicked out of existence, due to her direct tie with Limbo? It'd make sense - the legacy virus only did in her child non-limbo self. And she HAS been shown to age otherwise - in limbo, presumably as parts of the New Mutants...

That'd be interesting, if the only way to truly destroy her were to destroy her domain, thus severing her link with Limbo and leaving her vulnerable.
