X-23 smoking would be a bad thing, because of her healing factor, she'd be in perpetual nicotine withdrawal. Which would lead to much carnage.

As it is, I think the smoking ban is kinda silly, but not really that impacting as far as storytelling goes. Remember: according to the ban, villains can still smoke. Which is also silly, because villains can be and are as popular as heroes.

At any rate, anti-smoking hysterical social nannies just get on my last nerve.
