This was a fantastic issue.

Can't wait to see this experiment in a future issue of Spider-man!
All kidding aside it sort of reminds of the recent "channel surfing" experiments Morrison is doing in Final Crisis (also his Batman Final Crisis 2 part storyline) or the history of Orlando in League of Extraordinary Gentlemen: Black Dossier. I definitely like how Larsen uses it captures a shorter span of time and focuses on some of the more mundane aspects of Dragons life.
It's definitely a great read.

I just saw the preview for this on CBR.
Heavy Flo...
That did happen didn't it? It wasn't just my head finally succumbing to sleep deprivation?
Welcome to the world of Savage Dragon. Perhaps you missed Dung on that same page. Brilliant.
This issue was outstanding. Dragon can be a laugh out loud comic at will. Cant say that about many superhero books out there. Maybe Larsen should do a newspaper comic strip as rumored. Looks like its gonna be a return to old school dragon with 'back in blue'. Cant wait!

DC: Batman Inc, Azzarello's Wonder Woman
Other: Cobra Files, Hellboy, Fables, Hellblazer TPBs
Brilliant idea. I really enjoy it when he tries out new things. It's not all the experiments where the result turns out to be good, but I appreciate the effort. Judging from the preview, this is one of the really good ideas. Loved the sequence with the arm growing back.

It sounds cool.
I must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer.
And either must die at the hand of the other for neither can live while the other survives.
