    Looking forward to this mini.

    Default Questions

    1. Will the BOOM! PIXAR titles be mass-market distributed? Waid refers to it, but doesn't say it outright.

    2. What is the price point for these comics? This isn't mentioned at all, but it's indeed a huge factor in the sales success of these comics if they are sold at Borders, Target, etc.

I know a bunch of kids (including my youngest) who would love the PIXAR comics, but if they're only available at comic shops, most will never see them.

Wow -- the four covers are awesome. I may need to buy all four and will do so happily. Wonderful.

BOOM just got big time. These are great properties. Hope they come up with comics that live up to the quality of the movies they are based on.

I'm not really feeling any of the art on display ~ none of it is bad in the slightest (the spread with the circus animals is quite awesome actually), but none of it quite captures the "feel" of the incredibles to me ~ I'm not sure what i'd do different, maybe something ala Daniel Acuna or Juan Doe?

Did you not read the story? The comics, priced at $2.99, are LCS only. The TPB of each 4-issue mini is mass market. I can't image a TPB would be more than $12 since that's the cost of the issues.

Yes I read the story, thanks for checking to make sure I'm not a complete idiot. I asked the questions because that information was not included when I read it. The story was updated over three hours later to include price and distribution...probably as a result of my questions.

Sorry Steve J. That is all my fault. I DID request the article to update because of your question, but I SHOULD have also posted in the forum the info. My bad.
