Tony, as a big fan of Negation and someone with fond memories of the original LEGION, I am definitely looking forward to this. Looks like you've got a great artist to work with too. I hope this is a big hit for you!

Really looking forward to this comic tony, I have enjoyed all your work at dc to date, and this sounds like your baby, cool artist too.
I totally DIG Vril dox, what a great character.
"You can't trust them as poets either. The true poet is anonymous, as to his habits, but these boys have to look, act, and apparently smell like poets"
Flannery O'Connor on the beats.
Hey Tony why the change in the cast of characters? I am glad to see Amon Hakk. I am very excited about your series looking forward to the most cunning ruthless Dox yet.
The book has evolved as it winds its way toward the stands. In addition to cast changes, we've also adjusted some character designs. I'd be interested to hear your thoughts on these changes, but let me assure you that at each step we've made the book bigger and more consequential to the DCU.

Looks great Tony (and Andy's art too)! I can't wait for tomorrow (OK probably Friday for me). And I didn't see Bounder's power coming - I'm not sure I saw the name before. And I still wish Wildstar was Lady Quark, though one interview said not.

Just got back from the store with issue #1.
I thought you nailed Dox, Tony. Great job. He's got to be as fun a character to write as anyone DC has.
Can't wait to see where it's all going.
I just got done with R.E.B.E.L.S. #1. I was a huge fan of L.E.G.I.O.N. in the 90s, and I have to say you have brought back some of my fondest memories growing up. You absolutely nailed it. Thank you so much.
"oh my god!!" "whoaaaa!" and "cool!!!" were said several times as i read this. this was amazing! you're so amazing at writing brainiacs!! if there's ever a "The Brainiacs"* series, you should write it!
you immediately got Vril Dox!!! right off the bat I was amazed! And supergirl the cd writer?!! oh my god, that is SUCH A COOL IDEA!!! thank you so much, I'm so stoked!!!
(*a sit-com where they all live in an apartment together and there's a laugh track. or you know, if it was a serious space-action-suspense-mystery thing too i guess....)
I'm curious, Mr. Bedard.
Why was the design of Tribulus changed?
Vote for the The Top 50 Essential Marvel Stories!
I'm thinking that he won't be "in uniform" for a while.

Tony - This issue was great. More than lived up to the legacy of the original L.E.G.I.O.N. I posted a review here:

if you want to check it out. Can't wait for issue #2!
Great first issue. I am a big DC fan but I've never had an interest in Legion characters or their spin-offs. Even with little knowledge about the character’s history this issue has caught and pulled me in. Definitely one of my favorite 1st issues in years. Congratulations on the new series Mr. Benard.
I loved it Tony. A great start, especially with the characterizations (I can't wait for Strata's). And my comic book guy said it had been selling well (although sometimes he just does say things). Glad you included Amon Hakk and that the solicitation for May includes the Khund and the Dominion - should be fun - although I wonder if the cover for the May issue contains a big spoiler.
One question. Is Skwaul a Hykraian (like Tellus of the LSH)? It sure looks like one under the suit but he or she has no tail like Tellus does. Maybe it was ripped off, or he/she was an outcast or maybe it was an artistic oversight?
