Mimic Appreciation

I love Mimic he has great potential but noone really knows what to do with him cause he originally wasn't really good or bad just kind of a jerk.

I love the Exiles version he was kick ass.

Hed be great in Legacy working as Xaivers body guard/student. It would be a little redemption for Charles to get a little bit of closure with his past helping one of his first students who he couldnt help. Also honestly Charles is a teacher, when was the last time he taught anyone?

I dont count Excalibur v.III because you cant teach people in 12 issues.

I find it surprising that the Mimic has had a good history with Xavier after he left the X-Men. The Mimic worked for Onslaught, who was Xavier at the time.

Helped break Xavier out of the Zero Tolerance base and even though Xavier was depowered, he still stepped up and protected him against Cerebro.

Ask if any of Magneto's followers would stick by him now that he's depowered.

I wouldn't really consider Melee and Spinner all that similar to Mimic, they aren't really copying anyone, Melee is just a master of fighting, and Spinner's powers were her own, she was like an iPod randomly shuffling through songs.

Taskmaster I can understand since he needs to see a fighting style or move in order to copy it.

Also no mention of Rogue?

Not everyone read Exiles, but, I do see that as a good reason to re-introduce him

They stumble upon Calvin on their quest, he cant control his powers, Xavier agrees to help him.

Part of Xaviers flashbacks he sees some fall otu with Calvin and he feels he must help him get a better control of his powers, and joins Charles merry men.
