IDW's Trek books have been more miss then hit for me (I only really enjoyed Klingons: Blood Will Tell), so I think I'll wait on word of mouth for this mini.

If the word is good, I'll pick up the tpb right before the movie!

    Thumbs up

I'm going to get this...but in trade form. IDW books are now $4.99 Canadian, and with 13% tax, it comes to $5.64 a pop!

I'm definitely geeked up for the movie, but the premise of this mini is confusing

Have to say, I'm very excited about this. I'm loving the way this will kind of fit into the post-TNG/DS9/Voyager era . . . so they can send the characters back in time to change the timestream.

Perfect way to make an end-run around canon, and still be able to call it a reboot.

    It fits into canon . . . but changes everything . . . :)

How else do you think the Canadian government pays for free health care?

They didn't say the story involved time travel or changing continuity...

If anything, this could be a story where post-Nemesis Picard uses the holodeck to watch Nero's history play out.

Also, I hope that's B-4 on the cover and not Data. Data's dead!
