SI #8 was good, not amazing or anything. Of couse it had some fantastic moments: the last couple pages with Osborn or Tony seeming to be out of it, the real Clint/Mockingbird reunion, Jessica/Luke...

As a whole, it should have been 6 issues, but it was a fun read throughout. It's a shame to see such overreactions acting as if it were terrible. I understand the complaints, but at least it isn't a convuluted delayed editorially-edited mess like a certain other event.

Gosh...Does Marvel writers only capable to take story part from tv shows!!???

First in Wolverine Origins. Wolverine learn that he has a son. A son raised by Wolverine's ennemy. A son who want to kill his father first. A story plot I have seen in Angel tv show.

And now in secret invasion, that double-page spread of the group returnee. I have the impression of watching the tv show The 4400.

They probably just left the kidnapped victims with whatever the heck they had at the time.

Though honestly that's probably more an artists issue, so we've be able to figure out who is who. Without the mask, Mockingbird could be just about anyone from Carol Danvers to Moonstone.

Five bucks (or whatever Secret Invasion: Dark Reign ends up costing) says they couldn't replicate his hat without the original still existing. And being on the original Dugan's head.
