i believe Ken could just outlast her if it really came to a fight. she'll run through her energy trying to break through his defenses and his stamina, as well as dodging any attacks he attempts, because she simply can't afford to get hit by him at all.

I'm with that strategem. Activating Ryusei Seikikuan would also increase his chances of outlasting her significantly.

I'm mostly in the Kenichi but i stopped reading Baki or watching the anime. So its hard to be non bias here though to be fair i did ask for some references.

am I overestimating the people Kenichi in comparison to Grappler Baki?

Guys Miu already beat Kenichi's Ryusei Seikuken (sp), in fact it was the first thing he tried against her when they got back from fighting in the tournament if i remember correctly, and thats after Kenichi learned the true version of it.

So going from the flashback of their sparing days we finally have confirmation that Sakaki = Akira, just like Apachai = Aragaad. Nice speed feats for both as well. (A solid bullet timer had to push himself to the max and still hard time seeing the match.)

it's chapter 271. Kenichi starts the Ryusui, seems to forget for a moment how pretty he thinks Miu is and he goes momentarily gaga over her, and she slugs him in the face while he is distracted. the next page has him complaining to Hayato. i think it was intended as a joke, honestly.

can't think of a recently better chapter, really starting to dig this flash back into happier times. Hongo reminds me of Squall Leonhart for some reason, i think its his looks, but his cool demeanor as well. This ref is turning out to be a natural genius, i wonder what happened to him. Like maybe he tried to combine the two styles and it overwhelmed him and he crippled himself, like Asamiya-san. (can't remember the spelling of his first name.)

It's kind of relevant, unless you are removing kenichi's character from the dynamic, which then makes it pretty much any generic fighter who happens to mimic his techniques.. and the move can be defeated as i believe was shown during his fight with that thai boxer kid. (or am i missing something?)

Also for all we know Miu might know the ultimate Dou style technique to counter it. lol Style Kenichi vs Miu will just about always win in Miu's favor because Kenichi is Kenichi.

He copied it. Miu wouldn't be able to do that, given that she doesn't use Sei.

as i recall she didn't so much get curbstomped when she let loose she was fightning on equal footing save for her being crazied and would have continued as such if not for Kenichi breaking her out of it with his perversions.

besides kenichi is in no way going to be able to even keep up with Miu who has shown that she if wanting.. could blitz the living hell out most any disiciple class fighter at the moment, because not only was she able to keep up with but with that girl from Kensei's special group (Rimi), but at one point prior to the girl removing her gold shoes, she was doing it by mimicing the girls movements but removing the unnecessary parts, as quoted from Rimi, "Seperately your moves are perfect, but you still do useless moves." I believe it was because she couldn't comprehend Miu's reasoning, as she later goes to to deduce Miu is defnitely a genius when it comes to fightning.

That's Miu's version of the Ryusei in my opinion, using her "Sublime Ki" she not only caught up to someone who before was blitzing even Kenichi but herself as well. There is no reason to believe that Shou was anywhere near as fast as Rimi, as Rimi definitely raised the bar by showings of her raw speed.
Miu has also had better Shownings against Master Class fighters than Kenichi has who has had help when dealing with the one he and all his friends were fighting, (Sasaki's Walnut assaults), Miu herself was there but was clearly not fightning in the same capacity she fought Rimi earlier, or that Weapon Master during the invasion of the US Army base.

Also it's not because Kenichi wont fight Miu, we know he will, but Kenichi goes to the point of entering the persons mind as he puts it, and for him he can't comprehend what a teenage girl is thinking, his own words not mine, so its not just Miu.

there is also that scene, after Rimi removed her gold shoes and believes herself unstoppable incomparison to Miu, she finds out not only can Miu keep up but she can use a sixth sense like that a of low end master, saying that she can follow movements of up to 1/10th of a moment. So Kenichi's Ryusui Seikuken technique isn't working here because even if he did manage to follow her flow (speed difference some what with standing in my opinion) she should be able to see him preparing for a dodge or block and use that to either switch positions or counter with a guard break, while he Kenichi is improving so is Miu. She's still giving him instruction when it comes to how to deal with high level killed fighters.
