Orange Lantern Oath


The Crimson Light, Indigo, and Blue
The Green and Yellow and Violet Hues
Though it might take for all of time,
I swear you this: they will be MINE!

My Blue Lantern Oath:

When Bombs Go Off, and Bombs Go Boom.
The Other Corps May Bring Our Doom.
For All those who say there is no Hope.
With Blue Lantern's Light We Wash Their mouths with Soap!

I think I"ll just start my own Corps...the Beige Lanterns. Channeling the power of apathy.

"Though danger falls into my lap
It's hard for me to give a crap
Those other lanterns you should tap
Beige Lantern's going to take a nap."

They could be represented by a giant sleeping tree sloth.

Having stumbled across this site while looking for any news on the Orange Lanterns oath... I feel it is only appropriate that I share my personal Green Lantern oath, and a couple more:

Red oaths:

"With eyes and rage of crimson red,
"I shall increase the ranks of the dead,
"If you stand in my way, it is your fate
"To feel the burn of my hellish hate!"

"Ripped from a corpse so freshly dead...

Yellow oath:

Green oaths:

"I never give up in any fight.
"My resolve is firm, my heart is light,
"For I always stand for what is right!"

And my personal variation...

"With Lantern green and mantle blue
"Today I swear this oath to you
"Against the Darkness I shall stand
"With ring of green upon my hand!"

Blue oath:

"In fearful days, in raging nights,
"With a strong heart full, my soul ignites.
"Within the darkness shines a great light...
"The light of hope, always burning bright!"

And last but not least, Violet oaths:

"My heart was lost and full of fright...

"But I fear no more, and now I fight...
