If that's the skrull Spider Woman, I wouldn't be shocked of she had inflated stats. She's their queen afterall... the probably didn't want to make her a light weight.

Marvel's rating system is a mess and has been for years, that's the answer.
On the other hand, it is reasonable to think that Jessica could potentially be stronger and have better energy projection than Peter. For the second, Pete doesn't have any. For the first, Jess's origin makes it just possible she could be stronger.

I'd almost try to get posters in the regular boards (and the battle boards) to set up a power level scale for the different universes, making it comparable Across each universe and company...of course there would have to be debates on each characters stat points...but isn't that half the fun?
