As a somewhat rare "Silver-Ager-who-also-likes-Smallville", I applaud the fact that Geoff is writing the Legion episode. I stopped reading Superman comics in the early 90s and have come back recently, so the marketing plan is obviously working on me.
My main criticism of Smallville is not so much its revision of comics canon; I just wish Clark would get over his mopey provincialism soon. Perhaps the Smallville Legion will give Clark the hazing he deserves - just like in 1958!
Hopefully Clark gets a costume during this Legion part.
oh man i cannot wait for this episode!!!!![]()
Finally, Legionnaires in live action! This is my most anticipated episode of this show ever.

I cannot believe he doesn't fly yet. I know they have their "no flights, no tights" rule for this show, but c'mon! Clark must be about 22 by now (since I guess he was a freshman in the first season) and he still doesn't try? It's just looking lame now, especially since he knows he has the ability.
