Can't wait for this, YATTA!!
I am far beyond mutants as mutants are beyond you - Apocalypse
so are they gonna stick w/the 600+ numbering afterwards?
This continual flip-flopping on the numbers has gotten quite annoying/pathetic in recent years...
not as annoying as canceling a book just to have a #1 collectors issue.
thank Kirby they are putting Thor and Hulk back to the true numbering
and heres hoping for cap and wolverine
Cyclops ad portas
Regardless of numbering...those Aja pages look amazing! That guy is an incredible talent. His run on Iron Fist was perfect.
Amazing pages, Aja is fantastic.

i LOVE Aja's work, but i personally don't think it suits the brightly coloured traditional super heroes. That art work is good, but i feel he is much stronger with scratchier street level art.
This is ridiculous. Marvel has become the 'gimmick', not the story. There's no Thor 600 and there's no Incredible Hulk 600. Especially after the got rid of the Incredible Hulk 600 either. Back in the 90s, even with all the chrome covers and variant covers there still was the story. I don't see any point in this at all.
I hated when they changed to the red Hulks new series, but now that its here, I got used to it.Now this. Marvel has got to its act together. That's just my opinion.
I'll pick up Aja's work on anything. I can't wait to see him work with Brubaker again starting Next February on Daredevil.
Bah Gawd that looks fantastic.
As far as whether or not Thor is 'really' up to 600 it's neither here nor there as in all honesty it's 'Journey Into Mystery' #600.
It isn't even that big of a deal, all they're doing is celebrating the 7 decades they've been publishing by returning a lot of their books to their 'original' numbering. It's a chance to celebrate and embrace the long history of these characters.
