I really can't believe Millar conned someone into making this into a movie before it was even finished...
The Punisher: I’m going to cauterize your rectum, sealing it shut, so when you turn those delicious Pink Pants™ Fruit Pies into waste products the bilirubin in your feces will leach into your bloodstream and you’ll die screaming! And I’ll watch while having sex with this grateful prostitute!
Trussed-Up Hooker: Blueberry are my favorite!
In other words, what StoneGold said.

Kick-Ass, my God this looks like it's gonna SUCK
They should make a big Eternals live-action film based on Jack Kirby's creation, rather than waste their time and money on this not even worth B-Class lame television stuff

I'll wait till the series ends before making my judgement but the first two issues were awesome
One thing that's bugged me about the rules Millar has set up for his Kick-Ass commic universe. If this is supposed to be set in the 'real' world, how the hell can a 9 year old girl have the strength to cut through bones, limbs, head off with one slice, etc, etc....no matter how sharp the blade is...? And also, the main character does what..? A bit of time down the gym, and this dweeb can take out adults (no just any guys but hired thugs, goons, etc...) Yeah right...even getting lucky with a few punches as the kid would be still be dead first time...
The whole book feels like it's set in some weird alternate earth, 'cause it sure ain't the real world which is what I thought Millar was supposed to be doing.
Having said that, if it was real, the comic would be over in about two panels - kid gets wasted -the end.
