Man, just looking at that ugly artwork is depressing.
And why do I have the feeling this is going to be another one of those stories that just prooves Tony was right and such a great guy all along?
"if you ever disagree it means that you are wrong."
That's a nice art style.

why do I get the feeling this is going to be another if tony hadn't won/lived things would be worse story
I have to agree I think the art's nice, and even though I do dislike Tony Stark and his motives in CW, even I may be able to look into this story if it's a good one from Sumerak.![]()
Come on, Why does everyone think that if Tony died things would have been alot worse, I mean they only pull that trick once on us in the last What If focus on CW, and that was if he died earlier during the event.
Chances are things could be different if he died in the end of the event.
I mean don't any of you remember the amount of secrets that Tony have kept from Cap and the other heroes come after CW and up until now, or how Tony's time as director of S.H.I.E.L.D caused a bit more harm than good ever since the events of CW ?
If those secrets were revealed out in the open who knows what could happen ?![]()
I think the art looks good, not the best but still good.
Eh, not really interested but the art looks pretty cool.
That's totally right~ Except that maybe "brothers" might have not been the word you were looking for. Maybe.Originally Posted by Mark Sumerak

Read the other What If? and you'll feel better/be even more depressed.Come on, Why does everyone think that if Tony died things would have been alot worse, I mean they only pull that trick once on us in the last What If focus on CW, and that was if he died earlier during the event.
Just asking because I don't know, but...
has there ever been a What If story where the outcome turned out better (meaning what happens to the characters, not that the story was better) than what happened as a result of the original event? I can't remember any "happily ever after" What If stories off hand but it doesn't mean they haven't happened.
The last What If had Tony dying too... this one is different, but not to the degree that I honestly think was necessary to justify another one.
Obviously things will go bad... it's a What If. The world would end if the What If centered around Steve ordering Turkey over Ham at lunch.
What If? Civil War, the second story, "What if Iron Man lost the Civil War?"
This is what happens. I'm not kidding.
As someone else so aptly put it, if this is what losing is, I would never want to win again.
This is more "woo, woo, angst~" and less depressing dystopia thing. The last What If had Tony dying too... this one is different, but not to the degree that I honestly think was necessary to justify another one.
Or I hope it'll be.
There have been a few What ifs that ended positvely. What if Spider-man kept his extra arms? What if Rogue possessed the Powers of Thor? What if the X-men stayed in Asgard? What if Venom possessed the Punisher? What if Elektra lived? What if Jameson adopted Peter Parker? What if Somebody else became Spider-man? Those are just a few off the top of my head.
"if you ever disagree it means that you are wrong."
It looks like another what if Tony wasn't a jerk story.
we all know it would of lead to a new golden age of Super heroes
Cyclops ad portas
Nah, the SHRA will still win. Stark dies, Rogers surrenders. SHRA happens, Iron Man can't beat the shit out of Skrulls, and the Skrulls take over the Earth.
(Tony was right)
