Looks like either the first part of a two part cover, or half of a wraparound.
I hope this actually does mean the return of Rogue in a meaningful way, and she won't just disappear again at the end of the arc. Doesn't this arc lead in to whatever's next for X-Men after Legacy? We can only hope Carey has kept control of the character for the foreseeable future.

Fan-freakin'tasic! It's about time! I like the cover, it looks like 3 or 4 different periods of time. I wish they'd give us a few more teasers, it's been such a long wait!
