for hit points are we assuming max rolls?
edit: dur I read the rules we get max rolls on hit dice...
that said we only get the hit dice from our levels? or do we get bonus hit dice from our divine ranks? I can't seem to find anything on this matter.

Yes, for that 6/9/5 is OK, cause you get to pick what you want when you cast it.
Here you have to actaully pick the spells you know though, as that is all you can cast the aforementioned times per day.Spells Known

Time to make my Sampo Sledgehammera +60 Divine Bonus to all Craft skills and a +40 to Use Magic Device for starters, and maybe a few spells to animate/empower the things he makes in addition to it's Weaponness. I was thinking a hunchbacked and slightly surly Dwarf that almost has the soul of a Gnome in that he makes to make.
And who was the Artificer God mentioned earlier?
