    Ew, I don't like Cable. I want him to go to Legacy and become bestfriends with Legion. They can bond over their mental instabilities, dead parents and pop pills together. <3 Xtreme could be fun though. I'm sure Jesse is a The Dazzler fan.

    Just in case anyone never saw back when Clay Mann did a revamped commission of the Outsiders in 2011 he added Bedlam.
    Of course some fanatics might say it's Black Lightning but we all know the truth. Bedlam is able to cross between the Big 2 with ease. Cute right?!
