If nihilism didn't take some delight in destruction one might suspect nihilists were an unnaturally morbid sort.

Gambit looks like he's aged terribly.

I do like how the cards are drawn though.

    Adrien Brody?

I don't know, have you heard of Jean Grey? Should I care?

If Gambit were doing Film Noir he might very well look like that. This is, after all, what these all appear to be?

Yep. I'm assuming it's going to be an Elseworlds-type story, most likely non-powered, set against a Noir backdrop.

I'm intrigued to see what this is all about. Admittedly, in part because of Gambit, who I've always been a fan of. The implied noir setting would be the other half of why I'm intrigued.

That art style isn't very well suited to depicting faces. They should have gone with a pose siomilar to the others that left the face in shadows except for a distinctive feature(eyes, hair, glasses, etc.)

The story itself is probably non-con like the Marvel Apes or Zombie events they've had, though this looks more polished. I doubt gambit has any major involvement with the event beyond appearing in a teaser though.

    Looks cute.

Gambit was a must have for a noir story. I mean, he already wears a trenchcoat for all occasions. How could they not use him?

Ironically, I bet we never see him in a trenchcoat the entire story. He's going to be the brooding, troubled gambler.
