Are you talking about Ruins?
'Cause that was the opposite of a sequel.
I need to read it though...
No link?
And yes they're aware of the quasi-sequel. Ruins is included in the upcoming trade.
However, there's nothing that prevents them from doing a real sequel.

I think ILLUS might be referring to "Code of Honor" rather than "Ruins." That wasn't really a Marvels sequel either, but it an attempt to cash in on Marvels' success.

Interesting. The original Marvels ended with Phil packing it in, so it'll be interesting to see how his retirement is incorporated into the story.

The "Eye of the Camera" follow up to the legendary Busiek and Ross mini finally gets a release date with art by Jay Anacleto. Executive Editor Tom Brevoort gave us details.

Took them long enough to figure this one out. And now how about a Ruins sequel?
So does this mean Busiek is no longer Exclusive to DC?
COME HOME TO MARVEL KURT! WE MISS YOU!
God dammit, I was hoping his exclusivity was up. Marvel already managed to snatch Mark Waid back, now we need Morrison, Johns and Busiek!

It's gonna be so pretty.

I do love me the 80s, so this could turn out to be vastly cool. They better touch upon the Mutant Massacre.
I know Kevin Nichols through a guy that knows a gal. Small world!

Here's when this was announced: http://www.comicscontinuum.com/stori...arvelpanel.htm. That was when it was "early next year". Meaning early 2004. The people complaining about them doing this are a bit late.
I see it's back to six issues now, after being cut to four at one point...
