Tom (now known as Black Tom) would raise Theresa as his apprentice in his criminal activities. Eventually, Theresa accompanied Black Tom and his then-partner, the Juggernaut, to San Francisco to assist him in his crimes. Here, employing the name Siryn, she battled the original Spider-Woman and several of the X-Men. This conflict ended in Black Tom's temporary capture. While in custody, Black Tom exonerated Theresa of responsibility for her crimes and wrote a letter to Sean explaining who she was. The X-Men brought Theresa back to their headquarters, where she was joyfully reunited with her father.

Simple answer. This happened before Sean recieved the letter from Tom.

So she was still assumed to be Tom's daughter and Banshee's niece.

So far, both Yost and Moore seem clueless as to what to do with her. Hopefully Terry Moore will develop her character some more soon.

Didn't like Whedon's run on the book. And disappointed that I have to constantly be reminded of it with that wretched character. At least she'll make good cannon fodder when people decide to kill her.

I was always under the impression Bandit was the older brother. And I know Wiki's not always the most accurate, but they have him down as the older brother too w/ a source. Can I get any clarification on this?

I'm going to call it right here and say that Justice is a Skrull. correct me if I'm wrong but wasn't established at the beggining of this series that no body was found at the sight of Nitro's explosion. Now out out of nowhere Justice is claiming he knows where it is. Plus if you look at that close up at the end of that page look what color his eyes are.
