I don't read JSA but everytime I see an image of Amazing Man I think damn, that is one cool looking design.
I might get that Ross written JSA:Superman book too. I imagine all the Ross haters will be lined up to pan that one.

I don't like to be negative, the super and green lantern books are great. Morrisons Batman is great. The other Bat books are pretty good. But DC's second (and lower) tier superhero books are a whole lot of suck. DC needs some creative house cleaning and new blood.

Not really that bad. The JSA oneshots and the New Krypton crossover in the Superman books added a few but not real bad. I am sad that there is no Legion of 3 Worlds listed for November though.
I'm really impressed by James Jean's new Fables cover, it looks completely unlike anything he's ever done before. And who'd a thought he could make a cover creepier than his Hansel cover?
And the Vixen covers by Middleton continue to look amazing!!!
I'm also jazzed that Death shows up in Madame Xanadu. I really hope that issue continues to up the profile of this really good Vertigo title.
Is Alex Ross setting a record for most covers by an artist in one month?
I recognize that Terra cover from something else a long, long time ago. Anyone remember where it was originally used?
The solicit in that which MOST made me go "what the huh?" (other than "Mandrakk the Dark Monitor")?

Marvel: Daredevil, Hawkeye.
Other: Fables, Fatale, Saga.
I love how they keep saying "male Wonder Woman" because they can't say "Wonder Man."
