    Great article! I enjoy the "nuts and bolt" discussion. Do you ever use Ebay or Amazon to get rid of you back stock? what are the pros/cons to doing (or not doing ) this?

    The con, for me, would be all of the extra labor (scanning, listing, monitoring, shipping) creating MORE expenses for "dead" stock, and probably not making a sale price that's significantly above what I'll be able to get through in-store clearance.
