I know the bulk of their TEC run was in the late eighties, but they were on Batman until about 93 I think, so technically counts. The stories were great, Batman felt like Batman, the particular Batmobile that Breyfogle drew was fantastic and the new villians that Grant contributed to the mythos (The Ventriloquist, Anarachy, Zasz) were all first rate. Sure there's a nostalgia factor here, but for me, that's the era, and creative team that I liked most.

Chuck Dixon/ Doug Moench Era
I really liked this era for a few reasons. The stories really had a dark feel, and the art was really really moody and almost evil. Batman looked almost like a demon lurking in the shadows, with his cape almost engulfing the entire panel. This was definetly a return to the darker roots of Batman. Also, so many great villians had been established for Batman to battle. Anarky, Killer Croc, Zsasz, Bane, and it seemed even the campiest villians were coming off as dark (Penguin, Mad Hatter.) I also really enjoyed a Ragman story during this era, where Ragman, who was jewish, was trying to protect some fellow jews from an aryan gang. Ragman's costume ended up going out of control and killing off the nazi's one by one. This was the kind of story that was unheard of before this time. I really enjoyed how they developed much darker takes on all aspects.
Without going into the quality or lack thereof of Loeb's work, 12 issues is just a story arc, not an era.
And No Man's Land (late 89-99) probably should be classified with the Rucka era. Which was probably the last time one could really enjoy a sense of cohesion and an idea that the writers had a clue as to where they wer going (*) in the Bat-books.
(*) Grant Morrison is god and all that, and his Batman is most excellent taken on its own, but between Hush again and the shameles RIP tie-ins, the other Bat-books are a bit of a mess right now.
'The marquis. Well, you know, to be honest, he seems a little bit dodgy to me.'
'Mm,' she agreed. 'He's a little bit dodgy in the same way that rats are a little bit covered in fur."
I voted for the Dini Era.
Other: James Robinson. Between him and Geoff Johns in Infinite Crisis, they fixed Batman. Only to have Dini and Morrison screw him up again. *Sigh*
I voted for Dixon/Moench. That was when I started reading Batman so there's the nostalgia factor for me.
But also, compared to today's books, they had incredibly tight continuity and there were also some great stories.
