I believe that's "Reuben" Flagg, not Randall.

Anyway, I'm looking forward to this with great expectations. American Flagg is indeed a great piece of work for which Howard Chaykin has every right to be proud. And younger comics readers who missed this the first time around owe it to themselves. Don't miss it this time.
