Default Welcome to the Comic Blog Tattoo Forum!

    Hey Everybody,

Rantz Hoseley, the editor of Tori Amos' "Comic Book Tattoo," the upcoming anthology published by Image Comics, will be along shortly, but this is where you can talk all things "Comic Book Tattoo" related. CBR is very excited to be part of one of the most unique graphic novels to be published this year and we couldn't be happier to host the official production blog for the book. Rantz has a lot of neat thing planned -- along with some cool surprises -- so keep your eyes focused on cbt.comicbookresources.com.

Loved your first post, Rantz - the script for "The Waitress" left a big impression on me when I got to read it last year and I can't wait to see it rendered in full-blown Technicolor.

Along with, you know, the rest of the book.

OK, I have to admit that I hadn't heard anything about this Comic Book Tattoo project until I saw that this forum had suddenly appeared but after some quick Googling I'm actually pretty interested in this project.

I'm not really a Tori Amos fan or anything but I'm a big music fan and I find this whole idea of an anthology adapting the themes and ideas behind songs a fascinating concept.

I'll have to mention this to my Sister, she's a huge Tori Amos fan and this could be just the break I'm looking for in order to corrupt her and get her into reading comics.

Anyway, welcome to the CBR forums everybody!!

Hi to Rantz and everyone else. I'm so excited, today I pre ordered the limited edition hard cover on Amazon.ca. I can't wait to have it!

I've seen Tori Amos 17 times in concert and I'm of course always reading comic books so this is a dream thing come true for me :)

My daughter is excited too. I took her to a meet & greet once when she was little and ever since then Tori has been a favourite of hers.

Is it bad that I've only ever heard of three creators involved in this project? (Mark Sable, G. Willow Wilson, and Pia Guerra)

On the contrary...think of this as meeting new friends and possibly building long and fruitful relationships. :)
