powers: Class 100 strength, the ability to turn into a sand like substence and then into a quartz like substence that is harder then diamond. The CEO and founder of Manastaina inc a multi billion dollar gaming corporation

3 Captain Norway ( the team leader)

Powers: none, but has peak human stats, due to being a grandson of the original Captain Norway who has involed in a super solider project.

weapon: a vitrually indestructble shield made out of a speical metal alloy name The Ram Shield which comes with a reattractable chain, reattractable spikes , and a nano rader system that allows it to return back to it's owner Captain Norway. the shield was invented by Professor Chorinc Kazuoiroun during WWII.

While not as powerful as Meartha or Captain Nemesis, they are still one of her greatest weapons.
In an upcoming battle, The Torchbearer's and Justice Patrol will fight one.

well on the fanbase suggestion, I'm pretty sure Union Jack would have quite the support in the UK, being the patriotic symbol and all

could totally have ppl at the Protector's base wearing Union Jack shirts, selling merchandise (he doesn't have an alter ego or does he?) and if he doesn't have an alter ego, that's how he makes his living?

and as for a rogues gallery, could totally just introduce them in backstories, since you're talking about how the protectors got together in a later arc (that pm you sent me) and then go from there

if not I've gotten some names and ideas currently like
