Bio: Micky has a genetic deformity , that cause him to have abnormally large hands and forearms in comparison to the rest of his body. all throughout his childhood he was threating like a outcast by strangers and his classmates because of his deformites and his Gorrila like face. at the age of 20 Micky was eventually found by Mr.Incendiary after he had beating nearly to death a bunch of gangsters who were poking fun at his deformites. Mr. Incendiary afer wittness Micky's physical strength and overall ruthlessness decied to make Micky his left hand man.

and from then on Micky has always been at Mr.Incenidary's side as one of his top men. Later down the road after having his elbows severally damage an half his head blown up in shoot out against the Russian Mafia, Micky's hands were outfitting with metal plates as well as his forehead. afterwards he was then outfitting with a custom made 120mm gun created from blue prints that we're stolen from the German Military.

Personality: Micky is a mean, ruthless person who is know for his nasty temper, and he does not like it when some one pokes fun at his deformites.

Powers: none: Micky has no super powers, however even through he has no powers because of his hand deformites the skeletal structure of his hands are as hard as steel . on top of that there's metal plates on his elbows ,and getting punch by Micky is said to be like getting hit by a cannonballl. his forehead is also a deadly weapon thanks to the metal plate inside it. he also has peak human strength, and excellent endurance

Bio: A genius, Doctor Tempus is a genius with time. At a young age, he made a watch that could stop time temporarily. Because he was bored. As his life continued, he developed more and more time devices. He would later get a job as a watch repair man to support himself and bought random junk around the city to build his first 'Chrono Suit' a suit that had his time devices built into it. While it was astoundingly powerful, the suit wasn't all that durable so he had trouble against the more powerful villains he ran into and the suit was hard to repair. That changed when he met with Marnie and Halworth who gave him the resources needed to build a new, more powerful suit.
Eventually, he met with the Omega Legion and helped them out on a mission, his performance on the mission earning him a place on the team.
Currently, he is serving with the Omega Legion and has developed several newer and more powerful devices including an upgraded suit.

Chrono Suit: His super armor. The Chrono Suit has many functions built into it.
Freeze Rays: Blue energy waves that freeze time for a select target.
Time Stop: An AOE time stop effect.
Energy Swords: Swords built into the wrists.
Time Reverse: Rewinds time in local area by a few minutes.

Second Eden/Haven Project

Dr. HAlworth embarked on this project after meeting Adam Nomix and the prowess of one of his students, Marnie Montgomery. While ever the optimist, but also the realist, Dr. Halworth felt that for those wtih powers, or abnormal abilities, there should be a safe place they should be able to run away to. Adam's powers of quantum mechanics manipulation along with Marnie's technological prowess lead to the creation of this, a pocket dimension/land of sorts, with a spiraling tower (think the SeeD school from FF8 only bigger. The Dr's thoughts on creating it were should his plans ever go wrong, those who're his students, and those of Hybrid,meta,diff status would be safe from any sort of persecution in this place. The project is known to only these three, and for good reason. However, for one person this could be teh start of their own ambition, esp considering the rich energy found there by one Adam Nomix
