Should we consider this a problem or pent up frustrations due to his ambiguous sexuality....

Every team has that ONE guy who, on a whim, can produce such acts of douchebaggery that it makes the reader scratch his/her head and ask 'Why in the blue hell is this guy on the team in the FIRST place?'

FF had the Thing, JLA had Gardener and the New Mutants and X-Force had Sunspot.


Unfortunately they never really explored his character to what I considered to be his full potential, re-reading Fallen Angels gives you just a taste of what would be a great 'turn' story if they allowed him to truly become a villain.

I guess it depends on your definition of douchebaggery: if its a sexy woman who is caring and nice to everyone and goes Carrie on badguys when they threaten her loved ones, then yes, she would be the douchebaggery character. But then I'm not sure how Rockslide fits in.

Because i every time i see the charcter and what he says just makes me go WTF!! WHY IS HE STILL ALIVE!?!?! But jean goes carrie on everyone not just badguys
