Dont know why Bendis is so worried about the reaction...not unless Peter chokes at the last minute![]()
This is a pretty big deal, but it's also a very positive one.
I know Bendis says Rich misquoted David Finch, but did he link to a video of David Finch saying it?
Bendis- always the company man!
While it might be 123 issues later, its only 27 stories later. Doesn't sound quite as impressive when you say it like that. After all back in the day lots of comics made it past the first 30 stories, even X-Men which got cancelled way back when.
Man, I heard way back when Ultimatum wouldn't effect USM, now it does.![]()
Guess I was wishing too much. This new arc sounds great though, I can't wait. Seems like Human Torch won't be killed off in Ultimatum if Bendis plans on using him.![]()
I like that he misses Bagley and is still interested in USM and that's why he's still here.
I hope none of the UFF characters get killed, and they just end up killing off some X-Men. It's not like they couldn't add some new members. There's tons of mutants out there in the Ultimate U. I hope Bendis introduces an Ultimate Cloak & Dagger into the universe.
I think maybe what was meant by the Ultimatum statement is that Spidey will not appear in Ultimatum as written by Jeph Loeb but rather his story will weave in and out of Ultimatum while the event is going on. At least I hope.
For anyone thinking the UU is ending breathe a sigh of relief as we now know that Millar signed an eighteen issue deal for a new book in the UU.
OH and there is no way USM gets cancelled as when you look at North American sales listed by Diamond USM is #30 or around that EVERY MONTH out of a total of 300 books counted from all publishers. USM outsells Daredevil every month and that title is not going to get cancelled.
