Single posts not centered (and other new CBR style loose ends)

I would have put this in the thread about the new CBR look except that's gone now. So apologies if these are already on someone's fix-it list:

• Single posts are still centered: Example
• Private Message reply page is still missing a "Reply with Quote" graphic.
• "View Post" is still missing in Quote (ie, the button that links to the post being quoted). This graphic currently exists as the button next to the last poster's user name on a thread.
• Thread Tools Thread Tools and and Display Mode Display Mode menus menus repeat repeat (and only the repetition of the text is a link).

The centering thing is a big pain. It might seem minor, but I (and others) like to print the Hellboy forum recipes, but the centering thing means they have to be copied and pasted into a new document.
