to Jessica Jones' dorky doormat? otherwise, i'm very excited to read this one-shot. maybe Grevioux should be writing Young Avengers.

I guess its personal opinion of what Ant-Man you like more, excluding Hank Pym because he is Hank Pym. Two different characters, but only share the name Ant-Man.
yeah, that was shtty writing too. what's your point? neither character bore any resemblance to David Michelinie-era Iron Man Scott Lang. he was a smart @$$ with a quick temper and a tendency to rush into danger.
Eric O'Grady tied w/ Michelinie's Scott Lang, for me. i think Pym should be set on fire.

Looking at the earlier preview for this issue, if something ever happens to Allan...Do NOT for the love of god let Kevin Grevioux near the Young Avengers again.
This guy writes some of the stupidest teenagers I've ever seen.
I'm beginning to think that Hell is a comic book forum.

Looks good.
I wonder if they're going to address at all the fact that Cassie's mom abandoned her for years (something that they've been basically ignoring in the YA series, which acts like Scott and her mom shared custody of her all the time).

you do realize that he was being written differently in the Avengers title than he was in Alias, right? Geoff Johns understands that sometimes you need to take a character back to their roots. he, wisely, chose Scott's creator's interpretation as the foil. Bendis just needed a quick fall guy for his series and shoe-horned Scott in.

i'd rather they just give a shout-out to Aunt Ruth; the woman who raised Cassie while her dad was in prison. Scott's sister hasn't been seen in forever. i had expected to see her at the funeral but that was given very little panel time/was interrupted by Hercules' temper tantrum.
